Refunds and Cancellations

Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. You add a payment method at checkout, and your first charge comes when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

During the invitation-only beta, an invited member may start a trial without adding a payment method. When that trial ends, paid features pause until you choose a plan, and nothing is charged.

Cancel any time from Settings, then Billing. Your plan stays active through the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.

If Vantage is not right for you, email us within 7 days of your first charge and we will refund that charge in full. After that, refunds are at our discretion.

To request a refund, email AISolutions@CorsacVantage.com. Refunds go back to the payment method that was charged.
